| Description | Welcome Team volunteer role: • Greet Toronto Pearson passengers throughout the terminals • Provide general directions to passengers • Respond to basic passenger questions • Enhance the overall passenger experience at Toronto Pearson Welcome Team volunteer requirement: • Obligation of one 4-hour shift per week (Sunday through Saturday) • One year commitment |
