Description Scouts is an education movement that seeks to help young people in their development through games, teamwork, sharing, appreciation of nature, and community service. * Provides an opportunity for francophone young people, who are a minority in the region, to participate in camps and activities organized by Scouts of the District of Toronto to meet other francophone Scouts in the region*  
Scouts is an education movement which compliments home and family. It encourages young people in the areas of self-knowledge, self-development, and in learning. It is open to everyone without discrimination of race, or beliefs in compliance with the principals and methods established by its founder, Lord Robert Baden-Powell. * Scouts contributes to the physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual development of young people and teaches them better understanding between generations
Hours The Colony weekly meetings: Thursday evenings, 7 - 8 pm  
The Pack weekly meetings: Thursday evenings, 7 - 8:30 pm  
at Ange-Gabriel Elementary School, 1830 Meadowvale blvd, Mississauga
Dates Activities from September-June (except for weekly meetings) 
Autumn camp: the 3rd weekend of October 
Congress of the Adults: the 3rd weekend of November 
Winter Camp: the 4th weekend of January 
Bowling Tournament: 1st Saturday of April 
Spring Camp: the 4th weekend of May 
Summer Camp: towards the end of June, duration: 4-5 days
Areas Served Brampton ; Mississauga ; Brampton and Mississauga
Eligibility Ages: 7 year(s) - 11 year(s)
Fees Membership - $ 250.00
Languages English ; French
Meetings Parent committee meetings happen 4 times a year. Thursday evenings, depending on the plan set by the committee. From 7 pm - 8:30 pm in room 128, by the gymnasium.
