Description The "Centre culturel de ressources francophone pour les communautés ethniques" (CEREFRAC) is a charitable organization whose mission is : 
 
-To promote the establishment, the settlement and the socio-economic integration of francophone immigrants in the Region of Peel by providing accessible programs and services that will improve their lives 
 
Mandate: 
-Coach and guide the French immigrants in order to make sure they have access to all necessary resources for their social and economic blooming in the Canadian society. 
-Build mechanisms to further inter-ethnical socialisation.

Programs and services: 
*Settlement information service 
*Mentor training for adults, youth and children  
*Prevention and awareness workshops 
*Workshops for immigrant men (Domestic violence prevention) 
*Homework assistance programs  
*Recreation activities for youth, women, children and families 
*Translation and interpretation 
*Donation of items of basic necessities
