| Description | 9-1-1 should only be called in life threatening emergencies All telephone exchanges in the Town of Caledon and the Region of Peel are now covered by 9-1-1. The 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System is in place to assist residents with Fire, Police, and Ambulance emergencies. When calling 9-1-1 be prepared to answer: - which service is required - police, fire or ambulance - where is the emergency located - full address, including municipal emergency number You will then be connected to a Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatch centre according to information you have supplied. |
