| Description | Gymnastics is a foundation sport, and is all about how the body moves. It will develop balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and confidence as children learn through active movement. We offer competitive or recreational gymnastics programs. Also Tumbling and Trampoline Programs. Will do children's Birthday parties. Summer Camp and March Break Program. |
