We offer individual, one-on-one support to workers in various occupations and situations to navigate their workplace rights. 
 
Legal information, advice, mediation, and/or representation related to employment law or income supports 
Employment law related to Employment Standards Act, Canada Labour Code, Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontario Health and Safety Act, WSIB 
Income supports include Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan, Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program 
Referrals and assistance with form-filling 
 
Community Development Program 
PUBLIC EDUCATION, COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, ADVOCACY 
 
We take collective approaches to supporting workers in understanding and asserting their rights and building their leadership and skills. These activities include hosting workshops in collaboration with other groups and supporting grassroots campaigns such as:

Justice for Truck Drivers Campaign
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Closed on Holidays
