Description Non-profit legal clinic * provides information, summary legal advice and referrals exclusively to Ontario's small-scale landlords * educates landlords on their rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act * provides landlords with advice on how to enforce their rights through notices, mediation and applications to the Landlord and Tenant Board * does not provide legal representation
