Alternate Name Seniors' Health Services - Regional Continence Program
Description The Regional Continence Program provides specialized support for seniors in our community who are experiencing bladder or bowel concerns including: 
*Incontinence 
*Constipation 
*Urinary frequency/ dribbling of urine 
*Frequent urinary tract infections 
*Difficulties learning how to use or care for a urinary catheter 
 
Consultations are delivered by Nurse Continence Advisors (NCAs)—registered nurses with advanced training in continence promotion and management. NCAs provide comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, and practical strategies to help seniors and their caregivers manage symptoms effectively at home. 
 
The NCAs will communicate their findings to your primary care provider, specialists, and community health services to ensure coordinated, holistic support.
Hours Mon- Fri 8am- 4pm
Areas Served Mississauga/Halton ; LHIN
Eligibility 18 years of age and older experiencing continence related issues
Application A referral from a primary care provider or specialist is required.
Fees None - Covered by OHIP
Languages English ; Interpretive services available
