Description Provides audio transcription services on demand for persons requiring written materials transcribed into DAISY/MP3 format on CD or as digital download * will mail recordings if patron is unable to pick-up
Hours *Mon and Tue 11:30am-7pm 
*Wed-Fri 9:30am-5pm
Areas Served Greater Toronto Area - including Peel, for individuals ; Ontario - for elementary, secondary & post-secondary students ; Primarily Greater Toronto Area - including Peel; Ontario and Canada-wide with an emphasis on Greater Toronto Area
Eligibility Persons who are print challenged including those with low vision, visual impairments, learning disabilities, dyslexia and/or motor disabilities.
Application Self referral
Fees Service - No fee for individual clients; per-project fee for government and other agencies
Languages English ; French ; Others upon request
