It is a culturally sensitive, language-specific servcie centre for Chinese residents. It aims to link Peel's residents of all ages and cultural backgrounds with volunteer opportunities and training, employment and settlement services to enhance successful integration. It also serves as an information, recreational, and education centre with a broad range of programs delivered by co-lcoated and mainstream service providers to empower community residents and strengthen the neighborhoods in Peel.
