An organizing committee of about 20-30 people, along with hundreds of volunteers work with the 40 plus floats, 16 band entries and many other types of participants to put on the spectacular annual event. The modern day Brampton Board of Trade Santa Claus Parade was revived in 1986 after a 10-year hiatus. In 1995, the format changed to a night time Parade.
