Description	Provides temporary live-in accommodation and care for those with physical and/or mental limitations while their regular caregiver is unavailable * 2 rooms available in a family home with washroom facilities shared by the guests * home care aids (walker, raised toilet seats, grab bars, commode, bath bench) are available for use as needed * fees include room, meals and snacks, use of main floor of home (TV, stereo, phone etc.) and grounds (except pool), socializing, etc * laundry will be done if needed * stays may be from 1 day to 2 months * bookings based on availability (first come first served basis) * may book in advance    Note: Some GPS systems may not reconize the address call for directions.

Eligibility	Ages: 18 year(s) and up    Any adult who can be safely cared for within the physical, educational and experiential qualifications of the home and caregivers
Application	Application/Admission interview or questionnaire including health history and status, Power of Attorney or Living Will (if applicable) and contact information. Deposit for 2 week or longer advance-booked stays
Fees	Service - fee dependent on care level required; weekly (5%) & monthly (10%) discounts available ; Fee assistance available for those who are financially challenged; assistance is provided by a small fund at a local church.
