| Description | Supports for Daily Living: VON personal support workers coordinate personal care and home-making services for seniors in designated buildings and the community hubs that surround these buildings, including: 24/7 on-site services for seniors who require daily and ongoing assistance and live in one of the designated service buildings or the surrounding area. Personal care and home-making services make it possible to provide support to seniors without taking away their independence and dignity. Day services are for seniors who require limited assistance on an as-needed basis and receive assistance in daily living .
