DescriptionCircle of Care is an accredited non-profit, multi-service agency, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. The agency has been in business since 1974, and is now an affiliate of the Sinai Health System. Circle of Care is recognized as a leader in the provision of home health care and community support services. Circle of Care provides care to multiple communities, ethnic and religious groups, including Holocaust survivors, in more than 24 different languages. Our services include: personal support, respite and palliative care, homemaking, social work, assisted living, Kosher Meals on Wheels, exercise and falls prevention classes, transportation, physiotherapy, visiting hospice, a Day Centre for Seniors with dementia and diner’s clubs. 
 
Services offered in Peel Region: 
 
• Home Support Services - help with personal care, such as bathing, grooming and dressing * homemaking and light housekeeping * caregiver relief * emergency care * specialized service for Alzheimer’s, palliative, mental health, and acquired brain injury.  
• Kosher Meals on Wheels - deliver kosher meals every weekday * All meals are prepared under the supervision of the Kashruth Council of Toronto * Meals are prepared and delivered to clients for same-day dining or frozen for future use
