| Description | Focus of this team is on consultation, recommendations, and diagnosis. Workers will go into nursing homes; retirement homes and private residences to meet with individuals. Clinic appointments are also available. Psychiatric symptoms in elderly and age-related psycho geriatric symptoms are assessed and diagnosed with recommendations and appropriate referrals made. | |||
