DescriptionServes and advocates for seniors providing Support, Awareness and Prevention on: 
*Fraud, Elder abuse, financial, mentally and physical 
* Stroke recovery program, support groups for stroke survivors and caregivers 
*Training for caregivers on Stroke Tools Supporting material by :( Stroke Recovery Network and Heart and Stroke Assoc.) 
* Memory evaluation Clinic, for Dementia and Memory Illness. Support By: 
(CAMH, Gerontology Memory Clinic) Twice a month in Spanish, (In-home service)  
* Keep in Touch Program, for seniors who are isolated, alone, depressed and stressed.  
* Physical and recreational include aqua fitness, walks, trips, exercise. 
*Cultural and Educational Programs  
* Diabetes program for those who wants to learn how to manage and learn about this illness, including: exercises, nutrition.
