DescriptionOntario Ministry of Transportation office * offers the following services - vision test * knowledge test (Class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, M and the Z endorsement) - note: oral knowledge test may be conducted at select Driver Examination Centres by appointment only) *road test by appointment (Class A, B, C, D, E, F, G1, G2, M1, M2 and the Z practical) * change class of drivers licence (eg: from class G to AZ) * downgrade a drivers licence class (test required for new class) * reinstate drivers licence with lest requirement * apply for an original driving instructors licence* remove the requirement to wear corrective lenses from drivers licenses * add or remove a licence condition/endorsement (eg: Z endorsements, hand controls etc) * accept medical reprots * exchange drivers licence issed from other Canadian provinces, USA, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, and Canadian Forces-Europe * initiate criminal record searches for school bus licenses and driving instructor licenses * purchase Driver's Handbooks (car, bus, truck, motorcycle and air brake) - cash only * accept payments for Fail to Keep Appointment fee; *refund application
