Shape the Future Youth Program - empowers, nurtures and grooms youths (13-19yrs) as "global citizens and healthy community stewards" through experiential learning, leadership skill building, creativity and innovation

EnerygySmart Program - action oriented program to inspire residents and businesses to reduce their energy footprint and learn about renewable energy options

Act-Heal - revitalizes body, mind and spirit with fun, interactive, community friendly active living sessions * teaches stress relaxation with breathing techniques, relaxation yoga and simple rhythmic movements in a calm and soothing environment

Healthy Community Initiative (HCI) - uses a participatory model where the community is educated, empowered and engaged to work on local issues that affect health and quality of life

Provides free community friendly workshops and youth programs * call to schedule workshops * delivers workshops in different languages
