Breaking the Cycle (BTC) is a relationship-based service delivering a range of integrated services through a single access model with home visitation and outreach components. Offers a one-stop service for substance-using women who are pregnant and/or parenting young children (under 6yrs). Services offered include: * Individual and group addiction treatment * Parenting programs * Child care * Child developmental services (including screening, assessment and intervention) * Health/medical services * FASD Diagnostic Clinic * Mental health counselling * Case management * Parent-infant counselling * Home visitation * Pregnancy outreach, and * Support around instrumental needs (including food, clothing and transportation) . |

Through the Counsellling & Care Coordination program, CCS empowers residents of the community to pursue their health and wellness through a continuum of services including confidential emotional and instrumental support during times of need. Individuals and families are provided with a myriad of support services and resources that assist them in dealing with tragedies, illness, housing problems, family violence, parent/child conflicts, financial hardship and other circumstances that compromise their health and well-being. Also emergency financial assistance (food certificates and food support) for Caledon residents. Runs the annual Santa Fund at Christmas. Runs "Help with Heat" Fund for residents in need of help with their heating bill. Also works in partnership with Town of Caledon Recreation Department to offer fitness programs to low income families.

Cecil's Kitchen - helps anyone who needs a warm meal during the day * Mon-Fri 12 noon-6 pm * weekends & holidays 12 noon-4 pm
Our Pantry - provides emergency food supplies to vulnerable families in the community * on registration, eligible families can take a weekly food bank supply * Wed-Fri 12 noon-3 pm * closed on weekends
Good Neighbour Program - surplus bread and baked goods (donated by local grocery stores) are delivered on site * any family may take these items home, free of charge * Mon-Fri 8 am-10 am; 12 noon-6 pm * weekends & holidays 8 am-10 am; 12 noon-4 pm
Kids Just Want To Have Fun (KJW2HF) - seasonal kids camps (March Break and summer) for deserving children who are looking for fun, friends, and exciting experiences * call for registration information
Holiday Hampers - provides holiday hampers to needy families (food, toys and clothing that have been generously donated over the year)
