The program involves daily or regular phone calls to elderly people who may live alone or with their families/caregivers * Medication reminders, A safety check-in and a re-assurance call to ensure that the person is not in need of any assistance * Emotional and listening support, information on upcoming social events, and connection with other community resources 
* Support to family members and caregivers by providing relief to those who have elderly people in their care.

Peel Postpartum Family Support Line - A collaborative program offered in partnership with Peel Postpartum Mood Disorder Program, Region of Peel, which provides support to mothers and families having a baby in different langauges - English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and Cantonese.Trained staff and volunteers provide caring, listening, emotional, crisis and mental health support to women and their families during these prenatal and postpartum period

Reassurance Program - For individuals between the ages of 18 and 55 years 
The program involves calling out to the clients to provide them with listening and emotional support * remind them about their medication * direct them to other helpful community resources and information * inform them about upcoming community and social events in Peel Region * provide crisis and suicide intervention support  
The main focus is on client needs and their comfort level in terms of speaking to someone of a particular gender, ethnicity, language group, and/or days and times of the week
