Offers treatment programs for developmentally, emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children and adolescents. Programs are structured to the needs of the client. Offers the following services: * Adolescent Services (13-18yrs) Provides a comprehensive range of clinical resources for hard-to-serve adolescents, their families, caregivers and other agencies. Clinical services are provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team through day treatment, assessment and after care programs. * Interface (Integrated Resources for Family Assessment, Consultation and Education) Provides assessment, consultation, intensive family therapy unit (live-in-unit admitting entire families), foster care, home support and outpatient services. * Safe-T (birth-18yrs) (Sexual Abuse Family Education, Treatment) A specialized community based clinic offering clinical assessment, treatment and long term support to children, youth and their families where there is interfamilial child sexual abuse, children with sexual behavior problems and/or adolescent sexual offending. * TRE-ADD (birth-21yrs) (Treatment, Research and Education for Autism and Developmental Disorders) A comprehensive, community-based program for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disorders

The Peel Postpartum Mood Disorder ( PMD) Program is an initiative of Success By 6 Peel, a collaborative of more than 40 community partners whose goal is to strengthen services for young children and their families. The Peel PMD Program is working toward the day that families in Peel who are at risk for or experiencing PMD will have access to comprehensive and sustainable services. The program aims to build the community’s capacity to respond to families by: • Raising awareness of PMD in the community • Decreasing stigma often experienced by families living with PMD • Educating service providers so that they can help support families • Enhancing services and accessibility for Peel Region’s diverse community The Peel PMD Program Steering Committee Partners include: Best Start Health Coalition in Peel Caledon Parent /Child Centre Credit Valley Hospital Mississauga Parent Child Resource Centre Infant and Child Development Services Peel Peel Children’s Centre Peel Pubic Health Punjabi Community Health Services Vita Centre Postpartum Mood Disorder Peer Support Groups are offered through local OEYCs 'Adjusting to Life After Baby' Educational workshops offered by Peer Educators in the Peel Community Peel Postpartum Family Support Line-Telephone based emotional support for women and families during pregnany and after baby 905-459-8441 (Monday- Friday 10am -10pm) |
