Description Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes * programs and services meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and practical needs of individuals as well as their family members 
 
The Dorothy Ley Hospice has two key programs: 
* Community Program - we provide support in people's homes 
* Residential Program - we provide 24-hour care in a home-like environment during people's last weeks of life

Areas Served Etobicoke ; Greater Toronto Area ; Peel Region ; and area
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
People who need end-of-life care of bereavement supports
