Description Supports for older adults and adults with disabilities to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible. 
 
Home Help - In Home assistance with daily chores, such as laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and small meal preparation - subsidized fee based on income 
 
Bathing - In Home assistance with bathing- free weekly service 
 
Home Maintenance - Referrals to handy people for services such as snow removal, yard work, window washing, heavy cleaning, and minor repairs for a fee 
 
Relief for Caregivers - Personal Support Workers help with the activities of daily living in the client’s home to provide relief for caregivers - Caregiver ReCharge (free) Respite Care (subsidized fee based on income) 
 
Client Intervention and Assistance Assistance coping with financial, housing, health, physical, or emotional crises including navigating the health care system, completing housing applications, handling hoarding issues, accessing financial support, dealing with elder abuse, referrals to mental health services, etc.
