Description Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities by providing personal care and homemaking services in 8 buildings in Mississauga and 2 buildings in Brampton * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services 
 
Supports for Daily Living (SDL) - Program assists older adults with the essential activities of daily living, which include personal care, medication assistance, safety assurance program, laundry, purchasing grocery items, light meal preparation, and light homemaking * servicing clients in 10 different buildings and also in the neighborhoods around those buildings 
 
Supportive Housing Program - For people who require daily personal support and essential homemaking to live independently provided in senior apartments and also in the neighborhoods around those buildings 
 
Provides a full range of non-medical services, which include: 
personal support services (dressing/undressing, hair care, oral and skin care, transferring/positioning, washing/bathing, safety assurance, Lifeline, etc) 
homemaking services (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, washing dishes, making beds and changing sheets, assisting with light meal preparation, emptying garbage and recycling, etc) 
medication management (partnered with Resident care Pharmacy * supports Peel Senior Link clients on multiple drug regimens or who have difficulty with medication compliance) 
care coordination 
foot care services available at some locations (diabetic foot care and health education)
