Nursing Services - Acute paediatric care, blood pressure clinics * cancer services - palliative, oncology nursing * chronic paediatric care for medically fragile * continence assessment and management * diabetes education program * enterostomal therapy * eprex injection and education * flu clinic * general home visiting nursing program * Hepatitis B immunization - schools, childhood immunization * in-home assessments for clients * wound management * stress management * specimen collection 
Congregate Dining - Social activities and a hot meal * activities can include games, crafts, and physical activities 
Supportive Housing - Shared living options for people with physical and multiple disabilities * 24-hour one-on-one supports, such as home and personal care, life skills, family support, access to health professionals, transportation, communication, recreation, education, and employment 
Friendly Visiting - Regular volunteer visits and/or phone calls to seniors and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship and reassurance 
Respite Care - Temporary relief for caregivers of people with complex medical conditions 
Additional Services - in-school nursing services, home support services, health promotion, blood pressure clinics, diabetes education program, stress management, wellness and promotion clinics, workplace wellness clinics * mental health services - volunteer visiting * volunteer services - volunteer visiting * special services - Deoxyribonucleic acid paternity testing, volunteer transportation * other services - eprex injections and education, sandostatin
