Description Non-profit organization dedicated to assisting families who have lost a loved one through death * trained volunteers, peer support facilitators and professional advisors work together to provide a variety of programs to meet the needs of individuals and the community 
 
Offer children's groups, youth groups, young adult groups, as well as adult groups for mixed loss, child loss, spousal loss and more * one-to-one peer supports and phone support * support services and educational programs for corporations and schools.
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Areas Served Halton Region ; Peel Region
Eligibility Ages: 6 year(s) and up

Fees None - No fee for services, but all donations are welcome and appreciated
