Day program for people with Alzheimer's disease or other irreversible dementias * offers social interaction, recreational opportunities and outings in the community * ADL assistance (toileting and feeding) * fully secure environment (for wandering clients) * optional extended hours available * nutritious lunch and snacks * additional meals available with extended hours * high staff to client * five locations in Peel (2 in Brampton and 3 in Mississauga) * transportation is not included in program fee |
