Description The goal of this program is to promote healthy eating and physical activity among African Canadians in Peel. The program is targeted to newcomer youth, children and families to reduce the incidence of the risks factors for health issues in the community including heart disease, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure and other diseases associated with limited participation in physical activities and unhealthy eating habits and food choices.
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Eligibility Members of the African/Black community who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing mental health challenges.
