Description Nutritious food and community programs designed for Caledon area 
 
Community Support - confidential one-on-one support, programs and resources to address the challenges faced by individuals and families in the community. Programs and resources include: care coordination, food support, help with heat, subsidies for recreation, education and more 
 
Community Engagement - a place for farmers and food distributors to send in their excess produce and other products that will supplement the nutritional needs of many community residents 
 
Food Share Program - Provides a selection of healthy fresh and packaged goods to ensure everyone's nutritional needs are met 
 
Food Support Program - a selection of healthy fresh and packaged food provided to ensure nutritional needs are met * open to residents of Caledon who are on limited incomes. A financial assessment will be completed on a first visit * for an appointment call: 905-584-2300 
 
Community Kitchen - A place to gather and learn from expert chefs about everything from basic nutrition to how to prepare gourmet meals

Services provided to residents in the Town of Caledon only 
Services NOT provided to residents of Brampton, Malton, Dufferin County, North Etobicoke and West Woodbridge
