| Description | SLPP provides community-based residential support for men over 16 years of age who have significant mental health and substance abuse problems, as well as those who’ve had involvement with the justice system. Programs and services: • Residential Programs: New Leaf Program • Residential Programs: Reintegration / Community Residential Facility Program • Recreational Therapy Program • Employment and Financial Literacy Program • Life Skills Program • Meal Program • Speake's Bureau Program • Family Support • Family Support • Speaker's Bureau Program |

| Application | Admission to St Leonard's Place Peel is gained through a review of an applicant's suitability by the Community Assessment Team for federal parolees. The admission process for those interested in the New Leaf Program is managed by the New Leaf intake team. |
| Fees | Residential services are charged via social benefit guidelines and based upon a rent geared to income (RGI) model for those in the New Leaf and RRH programs. Room and board for federal parolees is administered via Correctional Service Canada. |
