Areas Served Etobicoke ; Peel Region - Brampton ; North Toronto; Mississauga; Other areas whose doctors have admitting privileges
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
with a Mental Health Diagnosis
Application Referrals: may be made by psychiatrists or family physicians. Access to services is streamlined through Centralized Intake and Triage (CIT) FAX to: 416-747-3350
