Eligibility ConnexOntario Health Services Information operates the Drug and Alcohol Helpline (DAH), the Ontario Problem Gambling Helpline (OPGH), and the Mental Health Helpline(MHH). Staff provide information about, and referral to, thousands of programs and services available regarding substance use, problem gambling, and mental health services and supports available within Ontario.
