| Description | Support for clients with the initial needs assessment and connection with appropriate resources * at the end of the visit clients will have a support plan in place Steps involve: •initial assessment •service planning •service partner referrals •support plan in place Resource connection: •wellness and support groups •counselling and psychotherapy services and community referrals •support for people who have experienced abuse |
| Hours | Admin: Mon-Thu 9am-5pm * Sat 8:30am-4:30pm * Walk-in Clinic: Second and fourth Thu of each month: 12noon-8pm (first come, first served) * Visit by 6pm to ensure same day appointment |
