| Description | Counselling service to improve relationships, reduce emotional distress and enhance personal well-being Individuals Counselling and Physiotherapy - help with: addressing depression, anxiety dealing with self-criticism, judgement and low self-esteem healing from experiences of childhood abuse, violence or trauma adjusting to a new culture handling work concerns and pressures coping with challenging life stress or losses changing problem behaviors (e.g. overeating, smoking) improving relationships with others maximizing personal growth and potential |

| Eligibility | Services for people living or working in Peel and Dufferin. For children under 12, the presence of a parent or guardian is required at the first meeting. |
