Description Provides services such as food and counselling to people in need as well as to fire victims * financial counselling and financial management * Red Shield Campaign - annual fundraising campaign in May * Toss a Toonie Kettle Campaign - annual six week fundraising campaign (mid Nov-Christmas) 
Food Bank: emergency food and clothing, a listening ear, community referrals, advocacy and other support is provided for those who find themselves at a point of crisis 
55+ Seniors Fellowship: club that meets once a month * activities include BB"Q, games, songs, videos, guest speakers and a formal sit-down dinner 
Trust Program: supervision is provided to assist individuals with their household finances and to ensure that necessary expenditures are paid in a timely manner. Referrals are accepted from agencies, community workers and individuals 
Toys for Tots: partners with Peel Regional Police and Canadian Tire * toys are distributed to the families identified as requiring assistance 
Christmas Assistance: offered to families and single persons during the Christmas season. Christmas food hampers, hats, mitts, clothing and toys are available for each child under the age of 14. Applications available and interviews held between mid October to early December 
Back to School Back Packs an annual back to school program supporting children in grades one through seven who cannot afford new school supplies, who live at or below the poverty line. Those who desire to contribute to this program are encouraged to drop off new back packs filled with school supplies 
Sowing the Seed: vegetables are planted and harvested on a piece of land that has been provided by the community. Food harvested is distributed to those who seek the services of the food bank 
Camp Programs: contact for various camp sponsorship information 
Emergency Disaster Services: brings relief to people during a disaster 
Family Tracing: help to locat missing family members following natural disasters. Has an international presence in 123 countries
