Description Outreach community group provides programs and services to individuals and families experiencing: homelessness, mental health concerns, addictions, poverty and marginalization from mainstream society within the Region of Peel 
•Meal Program - Grace Place - Fellowship Hall 
•ID Clinic - assist the community with obtaining Canadian Birth Certificates that have been misplaced or stolen (need appointment) 
•Clothes Closet - Men's and ladies' gently used clothing made available during breakfast 
•Haircuts - Free haircuts by licensed stylist. Call to confirm 
•Nurse Practioner on site weekly to provide care, and answer health questions 
•Chiropractor Care 
•Personal Care Kits - distributed every other month during the breakfast programs. Kits include shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc 
•Lunch Program 
•Spiritual Care 
•Life Skills 
•Monthly Birthday Celebration - each month celebration for those who have a birthday that month
Hours Breakfast: Mon-Sat 8am-9:30am * Sun 8am-9:15am 
Clothes Closet: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm 
Lunch Program: Mon-Fri 11:30am-12:30pm
Areas Served Brampton - and surrounding area
Eligibility Teens and adults (men and women, regardless of race, colour, religion or socio-economic status) 
Children under 16 yrs must be accompanied by an adult
