| Description | Outpatient rehabilitation including: physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech language therapy for patients who have been discharged from hospital, but need ongoing therapy. Swallowing assessments, speech-language therapy and neurological speech and language services are available to adults who have a diagnosis of stroke or traumatic brain injury Priority is given to Osler patients who had a stroke within one year of the referral date. Osler does not offer any speech-language outpatient services for children. Directions: Enter through main entrance and take elevator to lower level. |
