| Description | Four adult inpatient units assess and treat adults with major mental illnesses: a 12-bed intensive unit treats the most acutely ill patients who arrive from the Emergency Department the 20-bed “Gen B” unit primarily offers acute treatment for patients with mood and anxiety disorders the 20-bed “Gen C” unit provides acute treatment primarily for patients with schizophrenia and psychotic disorders the 12-bed geriatric mental health unit provides acute treatment for seniors with major mental disorders |
