Description Provides acute treatment to children and adolescents up to age of 18 who are experiencing: 
 
acute psychiatric symptoms 
do not need require more intensive services, such as overnight admission to hospital 
 
Depending on the patient's needs, an on-site school program may also be arranged as part of the treatment plan 
 
Location: Brampton Civic Hospital (entrance B, main level, follow signs for CHAD Day Hospital Program
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm

Eligibility For children, adolescents and adults facing mental health and addictions challenges
Application Access through the Child and Adolescent Inpatient Unit and/or upon referral by child psychiatrist
