•a supportive environment to reduce isolation by making new friends 
•help with learning new skills such as problem solving, decision making, relationship building and seeking help 
•education and support to individuals and their caregivers to cope with the challenges they are facing

Sahara Concurrent Disorder Support Group: Sat 12noon-2pm, Brampton office
