Description | Emergency/Crisis Services are for individuals who are in a crisis due to mental illness and/or substance abuse. First, the person is seen in Osler’s Emergency Department, then follow-up care or support is provided at the hospital or in the community with one of Osler’s community-based partners. Contacts: Mobile Crisis of Etobicoke : 416-498-0043 (residents of Etobicoke General Hospital service area) Mobile Crisis services for youth (under age 18) are provided by another community partner -- Peel Children’s Centre.
