Description/Eligibility/Service Details

Description Outpatient Mental Health offers short term psychiatric consultation, group psychotherapy, and limited short term individual psychotherapy for patients with mental health concerns. Treats all patients with meatal health and substance use disorders 
 
The CIT Clinicians screen the patient and provide a brief assessment and referral. The referral may be for a consultation, consultation and treatment, or telephone advice, depending on the patient’s needs
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Areas Served Etobicoke ; Woodbridge
Application Referrals accepted from patients and physicians. Referring psychiatrists or family physicians should complete a Centralized Intake and Triage Referral Form and fax it to Etobicoke General: 905-494-6757
