Application | Referrals are welcome for patients and physicians within Osler’s catchment area, that is, the Central-West Local Health Integration Network (CW-LHIN). The CIT process Clinicians screen the patient and provide a brief assessment and referral. The referral may be for a consultation, consultation and treatment, or telephone advice, depending on the patient’s needs. |
