Description For persons impacted by substance use and/or gambling, the following services are offered: 
 
individual counselling by appointment 
same day clinical intake during regular business hours 
counselling for concerned family and friends 
educational workshops 
evidenced based group therapy 
education appropriate to stages of change 
comprehensive assessment, treatment, and referrals to residential treatment 
psychiatric consultation (physician's referral needed) 
referral to addiction medicine physicians/nurse practitioners 
referrals to community services, as appropriate
Hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm * service hours may vary

Eligibility Patients with substance abuse and/or problem gambling disorders
Application Self –referral (Physician/NP referral needed for psychiatric consult)
