Alternate Name St. Leonard's Place Peel
Description Provides housing and wraparound supports to adult men in the community overcoming situations of homelessness due to acute mental illness and/or substance use. Clients are required to demonstrate a reasonable level of stabilization in their recovery journey as well as a readiness to live a substance-free lifestyle.
Hours Residential Care: Daily 24 hours
Areas Served Peel Region
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up Men who have experienced homelessness, serious mental illness, substance abuse and/or those who have been in conflict with the justice system
Application Referrals may come from service providers or from self-referrals.
Fees Residential services are charged via social benefit guidelines and based upon a rent geared to income (RGI) model for those in the New Leaf and RRH programs
