Description Groups Support Program offers•Meet and Greet social program 
•Art Therapy 
•Crafting for Wellness- adult colouring, knitting etc. 
•Look Good Feel Better 
•Night Out-for clients and caregivers 
•Therapeutic Yoga 
 
Other Supports 
•large library of books, dvds, wigs and hats available at the office 
•partner with a Reiki therapist who will meet clients in office or clients home

Social Work Support provide: 
•supportive counselling 
•assisting in understanding what is needed for advance care planning 
•connecting clients and family to other services 
•assistance with finding financial streams 
•advocacy 
•supporting those difficult conversations with family and friends 
 
Volunteers offer:  
•individual visits and phone calls providing ongoing emotional and mental support for clients, family members and other caregivers 
•comfort measures and relief for caregivers  
•assistance with writing life stories or legacy letters 
•creating memories 
•complementary Therapy - Reiki
Hours Office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm  
Friday at the Mel Lloyd Health Centre, Shelburne - by appointment
