Description This service is for any senior, family member and/or others caring for a senior or an adult with a disability living in the North Etobicoke, Malton and Brampton areas . 
 
Service for older adults or adults with a physical disability, their caregivers or family members 
 
Counselling Service 
• One-on-one therapeutic counseling and case management services provided to isolated and vulnerable at-risk seniors, both short and long term. A counselor meets with the client either in their home or designated area. After initial contact, the counselor may provide short-term or long-term supports, depending on the needs of the client 
•One-on-one caregiver counseling provides emotional support and offers help navigating the health care system
