Description Community Immunization Clinics  
York Region offers immunization clinics for school aged children. These clinics offer convenient locations and times for immunizations missed at school clinics or family doctor appointments 
When you come to an immunization clinic, make sure the student is wearing clothing that allows them to get a needle in their upper arm

Online immunization appointment reservation is available for Community Immunization Clinics as of September 2, 2014. Parents/legal guardians/students over 14 years old are encouraged to reserve a space to avoid long waiting periods. If you require assistance to book, cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 1-877-464-9675 ext. 73452. 
Verify which vaccines your child/children need prior to making a reservation. If you are not sure which vaccines are needed, contact your healthcare provider or speak to a nurse in the vaccine preventable diseases program at 1-877-464-9675 ext. 73452.

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and under 
Community immunization clinics are for school aged children who: 
•Missed a school immunization clinic (important to wait until after the school year is complete) or 
•Are due for routine or mandatory immunizations but can’t get to their doctor or a walk-in clinic or 
•Need a parent/guardian with them during their immunization
Application Please bring: 
•An immunization history or yellow immunization card 
•A health card is helpful but not mandatory 
•Something to distract from the needle and occupy wait time
