Description CMOW offers three types of friendly visits:  
 
Let's Get Together- Clients are matched with volunteers who make weekly visits to their home * activities can include: chatting, looking at old photos, playing cards or even going for a walk or coffee * telechat/phone visits are also available 
 
Let's do Lunch - once a week volunteers arrive at client's home with 2 delicious meals for the client and volunteer to enjoy together 
 
Let's Exercise - trained volunteers visit clients once a week to do a simple in-home chair exercise routine together * clients are encourages to continue the routine on their own between visits 
 
Programs offer seniors and people with disabilities who have limited social interaction an opportunity to maintain healthy, happy, independent lives. Regular visits from volunteers, in person or over the telephone, provide friendship and support to clients.
