Description Community based care and residential care to people and their families touched by life-limiting illness  
Bethell Hospice is a not for profit organization and all core services are free of charge 
Community Hospice care is available to any person at any age who needs support through a life challenging diagnosis, life challenging illness or the loss of a loved one 
Residential care is provided by a team of palliative care professionals when life expectancy is three months or less
Hours Community Program Office: Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm 
Residential Program: Daily 24 hours

Eligibility People living with the challenges of life-limiting illness and their families * anyone who has suffered through grief and loss (bereavement) or spiritual distress

Application Community services: Referrals will be accepted from a person requiring service, physicians, family members, friends, spiritual and religious leaders and health care professionals 
People being referred to the program must have approval from the Power of Attorney and accept the services based on the established criteria 
Admission is based upon medical, physical, emotional and spiritual need 
Residential services: Application or referral is completed through the Central West Local Health Integration Network - Home and Community Care * information and tour of Bethell House can be made by calling Bethell House directly
